MVP VolleyTotz
Heading into its 5th year, MVP VolleyTotz is a developmental program for children in grades JK through Grade 2 that uses an array and unique variety of motor skills and obstacle courses to engage young children in both the sport of volleyball and physical play.
MVP VolleyTotz follows the LTAD model to demonstrate age appropriate exercises and drills to help enhance hand-eye coordination, movement patterns, agility, strength and posture all while developing a significant appreciation for volleyball and physical activity in general. Acting as an introduction to volleyball, the MVP VolleyTotz non-competitive environment utilizes a high energy staff and a number of game adaptations to ensure optimal skill development and most importantly FUN!
All coaches are NCCP Volleyball certified or NCCP Fundamental Movement Skills certified and will provide sound movement and volleyball training for all participants. All sessions currently take place at St. Mary Secondary School in Hamilton and participants will receive a t-shirt and ball. Registration information will be posted here when it becomes available for the next session of MVP VolleyTotz.

Coach Meagan LOVED the turnout at MVP VolleyTotz this year!
She was super happy with all the hard work and hustle she saw every Sunday morning, and was very excited to see the skill development.
